- Accountability Statement Supporting Actions Production/Operations.
- Operational efficiency & Continuous Improvement.

- Planning, Budgeting, Cost Control & Synergies.
- Implementation of cost optimisation in a structured manner with a formal review.
- System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM)
- People Development.
Roles and Responsibilities:Only Male candidates should apply for this post.
- Must be sound in Statutory Compliance with different Act Factory Act/ PF Act / ESI Act / Gratuity Act / Bonus Act etc.
- Various returns under Labour Enactment
- Taking care of joining formalities, issuing offer letters, appointment letters and
- coordination for Induction, follow-up for pre & post hiring docs, visiting cards etc.
- Updating of employees’ details for new joiners & resigned for each month.
- Payroll: well conversant with excel for Payroll processing, salary/ wages,
- attendance, and leave management.
- Responsible for computation of full & final settlement
- Responsible for the release of relieving cum experience letter & cheque
- Maintenance of Personal Records – Appointment, confirmation, warning letter etc
- Monthly HRMIS reports
