Totapuri mango puree concentrate is extracted from fine quality totapuri mangoes that are ripe and mature. Though Totapuri Mango Pulp/Puree is widely used in various industries, Totapuri mango concentrate has its own benefits. The Totapuri puree is manufactured by crushing the mango fruit and filling in its natural form. In case of Totapuri concentrate, the product is evaporated to remove the water content. These concentrates have higher brix value thereby reducing the costs in packaging and logistics.

Process
Once the totapuri mangoes reach our factory, it is inspected and loaded into a belt for further processing. The mangoes are then washed with fresh water and chlorinated water to remove foreign matter. The tip is cut manually and mango peels and stones are separated by a destoner machinery. The product is then passed through an evaporator which removes the water content from the pulp through a vaccum process. The product is then passed through filters, magnetic traps and metal detectors to remove any foreign particles. The Totapuri mango puree concentrate is analyzed and verified to meet customer’s specifications. Eventually, the product is passed through sterilizer and packed in aseptic bags in MS drums. We store the finished product in cold storage warehouses.
