Manufacturing Process
Process
Organic totapuri mango pulp is processed from sound mature, naturally ripened and high-quality totapuri mangoes that are sourced from organically certified mango farms. Once the harvested mangoes are brought to our processing facility, the Organic totapuri mangoes are sorted and naturally ripened. On the conveyor belt, the damaged and immature fruits are removed. The Organic totapuri mangoes are washed with fresh water to remove dust and dirt. The destoner machines are used to separate the peels and the mango stones. No preservatives or additives are added to our Organic Totapuri mango puree. The product is then analyzed and we make sure it meets the customer specifications. The product is passed through centrifugal separators and decanters for further refining. The Puree is finally passed through a sterilizer and packed in aseptic bags with a polyliner bag inside. The product is tested in reputed external laboratories for pesticide and heavy metal residues. The manufactured Organic Totapuri mango puree is stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
