Alphonso mango arrived in India with the help of a Portuguese explorer, Alfonso through Goa. From Goa, the mango spread to different places in north India and southern states of India. Alphonso mango is considered to be the king of mangoes because of its flavor, richness, and sweetness. It is a seasonal fruit that will be available from April until the end of June. As the Alphonso mangoes are available only in a particular period of time, it is celebrated more than any other fruit.

Aseptic Alphonso mango pulp/puree is extracted from high quality and selected ripened Alphonso mango fruits. Once the matured mangoes reach our factory, it is inspected and unloaded into ripening chambers. After the ripening process, the Alphonso mangoes are fed into the belt for further sorting and processing. The mangoes are then washed with chlorinated and freshwater to eliminate foreign matter. The tip of the mango is cut manually and sent to the destoner machinery where it separates mango stones and peels. We analyze the Alphonso mango pulp product to verify it meets our customer specification.The product is passed through centrifugal separators to remove speck particles. The product is finally passed through sterilizer and packed in aseptic bags in MS drums. The finished product is stacked in our temperature controlled warehouses.
