The harvested organic alphonso mangoes are loaded into the truck and brought to our processing facility. The mangoes are fed into the conveyor belt for sorting and processing. Organic alphonso mangoes are handpicked with care during sorting and they are naturally ripened. After sorting, the mangoes are washed with fresh water to remove foreign particles. The mango peel and seed are separated by a destoner and sent out by a waste screw conveyor. We do not add any preservatives or additives in our puree. A rigorous manufacturing process is carried out under strict hygienic conditions and no compromises are made on the quality.The organic alphonso mango pulp is finally packed in aseptic bags with polyliner inside.
